Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to determine project requirements. Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Source and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing to support project budgets. Monitor and track project costs to ensure alignment with budgets. Provide regular reports on cost estimates and project progress to stakeholders. Maintain and update cost databases to reflect current market conditions. Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions. A successful Construction Estimator should have: Proven knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques. Experience with Commercial and Retail projects Ability to interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for cost estimation and project management. What's on Offer
