Prepare detailed cost estimates for luxury residential construction projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and designs to determine accurate budgets. Collaborate with project managers and architects to ensure alignment on project scope and costs. Source and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and competitiveness. Monitor project budgets and provide cost analysis throughout the construction process. Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs without compromising quality. Maintain thorough documentation of all estimates, bids, and project records. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and labor costs to provide accurate estimates.
