Prepare detailed estimates for luxury residential interior construction projects, including labor, materials, and timelines. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and vendors to obtain accurate pricing and specifications. Evaluate project blueprints, specifications, and other documents to determine accurate cost estimates. Ensure all estimates align with project budgets and client expectations. Track project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding budget adherence. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality. Maintain and update an organized database of pricing and cost information for future reference. Keep up-to-date with market trends, materials pricing, and industry standards within the property and construction industry. A successful Luxury Residential Interiors Estimator should have: Technology skills and be construction adept Must have estimated brownstone, townhome, apartment, or penthouse renovations Be able to utilize new technology Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation, particularly in luxury residential interiors. Familiarity with project blueprints, specifications, and construction documentation. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure accurate budgeting. Proficiency in relevant software tools used in cost estimation and project management. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What's on Offer
