Role Overview This is a strategic hire for a senior commercial property manager who can bring their existing client relationships or portfolio. The role is not a cold start – it offers the opportunity to integrate into an established platform that already manages a substantial commercial and industrial footprint.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, capable of managing multiple assets, and comfortable driving operational excellence while leveraging a platform that supports long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to‑day operations of a commercial/industrial property portfolio
Serve as the primary contact for clients and tenants, ensuring strong relationships
Oversee budgets, CAM/operating expense reconciliations, and capital projects
Manage vendors and contractors to maintain high service and operational standards
Support asset performance and long-term strategic growth
Assist with lease interpretation, enforcement, and commercial planning
Candidate Requirements
Senior commercial property manager with experience managing multiple buildings and significant square footage
Proven expertise in industrial property management (office and retail experience beneficial)
Strong tenant-facing capability and operational confidence
A portable “black book” of client relationships (not restricted by non‑solicits or compensation agreements)
Commercially minded and growth‑oriented, with the ability to scale their portfolio
