Business Development Representative, Renewable Energy

Piper Maddox has partnered with a venture-backed renewable energy technology company disrupting how commercial real estate manages and consumes energy. They are looking for a driven BDR to own top-of-funnel pipeline generation and help scale their commercial growth.
Responsibilities
Identify and create warm opportunities for Account Executives through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and sales readiness; schedule meetings and product demos for AEs
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets with a strong hunter mentality
Engage and educate prospective clients using business case development, ROI analysis, and data-backed market insights
Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate cross-functionally to bring the best solutions to prospective customers
Requirements
Must be within commutable distance to the Financial District, New York, NY
Personable, energetic, passionate, and hard-working mindset
1+ year of B2B sales experience, ideally selling enterprise software or hardware into commercial real estate markets
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding pipeline and revenue targets
Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of an organization
