Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations Lead and oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory audits, and quality initiatives Drive workflow optimization and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and safety Supervise, coach, and develop pharmacy staff while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence Partner with prescribers, clients, and corporate teams to enhance therapy outcomes and patient care Represent the pharmacy in audits, licensing renewals, and regulatory communications What You Bring
PharmD (preferred) or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy Active pharmacist license in Kentucky (with the ability to obtain additional state licensure) 5–8 years of experience in clinical, specialty, or mail-order pharmacy operations Proven background as a Pharmacist-in-Charge or in a compliance leadership role 2–5 years of management experience leading teams Strong knowledge of REMS, DSCSA, HIPAA, URAC standards, and state Board of Pharmacy regulations Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills The Impact You’ll Make
