As

Head of Accounting , you will take full responsibility for the financial and administrative agenda of the Czech entity, acting as a trusted partner to local management and headquarters. Key responsibilities include: Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting and controlling reports for headquarters Full responsibility for accounting operations, including:

General ledger Payroll Invoicing Tax returns Travel expenses Communication with local authorities

Acting as the primary local contact for colleagues, tax advisors, auditors, and external authorities Preparation of the annual budget in cooperation with local management and continuous monitoring and forecasting Analysis of financial results, identification of variances, and development of optimization and efficiency initiatives Proactive implementation of HR‑related measures and handling of personnel topics in cooperation with local management Leadership, coaching, and development of a small, dedicated local team Regular review, updating, and improvement of financial, administrative, and cross‑functional processes in coordination with headquarters The Successful Applicant

Several years of experience in accounting and finance, ideally within an international or manufacturing environment Solid knowledge of Czech accounting standards, international accounting principles, and local tax legislation Advanced MS Excel skills, particularly in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis Fluency in Czech and English required; German is a strong advantage High sense of responsibility with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proactive, hands‑on, and team‑oriented personality with a positive attitude Structured and systematic working style with strong business acumen Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders What's on Offer
