Project Architect – Luxury Residential (Irvine, CA, US) – Full-time. Hybrid position; minimum 3 days per week onsite at Irvine office.
What You Will Do
Successfully coordinates all project efforts through all phases of design and development to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution for the most complex projects.
Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions.
Directs Schematic Design and Construction Documents and monitors adherence to project requirements.
Supervises the team’s design and technical delivery.
Monitors budgets and schedules and maintains project documentation.
Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects.
Coordinates with Project Management, other Architects and consultants on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies.
Delivers a complete, accurate and well‑coordinated set of project documents for quality control review with minimal comments.
Mentors architectural staff.

Strong skills and talent in Revit/BIM, SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
Your Qualifications
Registered Architect in the state of CA.
6+ years of experience with luxury residential projects.
Completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an NAAB accredited program.
Passion for continued learning and professional growth.
Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions; visa sponsorship is not offered.
Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Salary range: $90,000 – $120,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a pre‑tax Flexible Spending plan, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and a 401(k).
