Entry-Level Position
Works with the Corporate Communications team to coordinate and implement communications programs for internal and external audiences to advance Evergen's corporate mission and business objectives. Responsibilities: Manage internal communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand image that educates, inspires and aligns employees across all locations. Create and implement engaging strategic communications programs and content across various internal platforms including intranet, newsletters, presentations, emails, video and digital displays to support Evergen's mission and business strategy. Collaborate with departments to gather information and ensure accurate and timely communication. Lead strategies, create content and organize events to increase employee engagement and drive a consistent employee experience across all locations. Plan charitable activities including Volunteer Time Off opportunities, community partnerships, and facility tours Manage the company's social media presence including content creation, posting and engagement. Serve as primary back up for Reception Evaluates the success of communications strategies by analyzing appropriate metrics Other duties as assigned Core Competencies: Effective written and oral communications to educate and persuade audiences at various levels. Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. Mature judgment and excellent follow-through in all areas of responsibility. Must know Associated Press (AP) style. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure deliverables are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to work as an integral team member combining the strengths and abilities of a group to accomplish corporate goals successfully. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred Ability to create and project a positive image to the general and professional community. Ability to conduct research and develop action plans based on results. Education/Experience Required: Minimum four-year degree in public relations, communications or related field required. 0-3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related field required. Physical Requirements: Light work: Physically handle objects up to 20 lbs. occasionally. Work Environment: Office Setting - Open layout with assigned workstation or office
