Sales Representative

to generate new business within their commercial moving and logistics division. This role is ideal for a

hunter-type salesperson

who enjoys building relationships, prospecting, and closing deals in a competitive B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the local market

Conduct

cold outreach, networking, and in-person meetings

with prospective clients

Build relationships with businesses such as:

Corporate offices

Healthcare facilities

Universities

Commercial real estate partners

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution

Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM (HubSpot)

Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding

annual revenue targets

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred)

Experience in one or more of the following:

Logistics / transportation

Moving & storage

Commercial services

Business development roles

Strong prospecting and closing skills

Self-starter with a

hunter mentality

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work independently and manage a territory

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

$70,000 – $90,000

Commission Structure:

Earn commission after reaching annual revenue targets

Potential for

uncapped earnings

Flexible structures available for experienced candidates with a book of business

Car allowance / mileage reimbursement (via program)
