Responsibilities
Deliver a world‑class experience and surpass sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
Support store operations during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches).
Share product knowledge and inspire fans to style jewelry.
Create an unforgettable shopping moment that exceeds expectations, using excellent product knowledge and building brand loyalty.
Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards for a smooth, on‑brand operation.
Work a flexible schedule that may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Results‑oriented seller with a proven track record.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
Minimum age 18, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays; standing for extended periods; ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Reliable support during high‑traffic times and special events.
$16.90 – $18.25
per hour, commensurate with experience.
