The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member travels to stores within an assigned district to own and execute egin-to-endf tasks such as planograms, and provides support for merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed. Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and solutions. Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely. Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store layout initiatives. Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts. Hang store signage and assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs. Ensure planogram integrity and recoveries are completed. Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, Appreciate the Customer. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). FAST Team Members may be assigned other duties as needed. Required Qualifications
Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid drivers license. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Members must be able to read, write, and count accurately. Preferred Knowledge, Skills or Abilities
Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Basic computer skills; strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict. Self-directed and able to complete assignments with little to no assistance. Working Conditions
Generally inside with moderate noise; shifts vary and may exceed 8 hours. Travel between store locations in personal vehicle; long travel periods may occur. Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines. Indoor floors and outdoor lots are hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature. Physical Requirements
Ability to travel as required. Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment; occasional lifting or reaching overhead. Stand, kneel, bend, crouch, climb ladders; move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds; move throughout the store. Operate store equipment; read, write, and count accurately for documentation; effective communication with team members and customers. Non-sedentary work; certain roles require wearing safety equipment and operating vehicles; some requirements vary by age. Disclaimer
