Customer Service Representative (Onsite – Salem, OR)
We’re looking for a customer-focused professional to join our Salem office, working onsite five days a week. In this role, you’ll serve as a key point of contact for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, delivering timely and effective support across a variety of service channels. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll handle a wide range of inquiries from the general public, real estate professionals, and other business partners. The nature of requests will vary depending on the business line - ranging from escrow-related questions, insurance policy and claims support, to technical assistance. What You’ll Do:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web-based platforms Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience Use internal systems to track requests, document interactions, and provide status updates Troubleshoot problems and guide customers toward effective solutions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of complex inquiries What You Bring:
