VP Of Global Channels & Alliances

This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape a global partner ecosystem, driving revenue growth and strategic alliances across multiple markets. The VP of Global Channels & Alliances will develop and execute channel strategies, manage high-profile relationships with consulting and technology partners, and optimize joint sales initiatives. This position involves close collaboration with regional teams, sales leadership, marketing, and operations, ensuring partner success and alignment with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and team leadership to strengthen partnerships and expand market impact. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role where leadership, negotiation, and a partner-first mindset are critical to success. Accountabilities: Lead the global partner and alliance strategy, overseeing the entire partner ecosystem and driving leveraged sales, co-marketing programs, and executive-level relationships Develop, refine, and expand channel strategies, defining partnership types and market segment focus Manage and report on KPIs, joint sales pipelines, and quarterly/annual revenue targets Collaborate with sales leadership and regional partner teams to execute partner objectives and share best practices Drive partner enablement programs and initiatives with internal stakeholders including Sales Operations, Partner Success, Marketing, and Partner Operations Take ownership of escalations and critical partner issues while promoting a "partner-first" sales and delivery culture Mentor and support a team of senior alliance leaders, fostering a high-performance, engaged, and collaborative culture Requirements: 15+ years of experience in Software or SaaS partner, alliance, or sales roles, including 10+ years in channel team leadership Proven track record of developing and executing global channel strategies across a diverse partner ecosystem Experience with reselling, outsourcing/managed services, and alliance management Strong leadership and people management experience, including recruitment, professional development, and performance evaluation Ability to engage and collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking, and prioritization in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Strong negotiation, influencing, conflict resolution, and communication skills Salesforce CRM experience preferred; willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and occasionally internationally Benefits: On Target Earnings (OTE) in the US: USD 480,200 625,100 annually, with commission eligibility Restricted Stock Units granted at hire Comprehensive employee benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) match Flexible work arrangements with the option to work remotely Career development and professional growth opportunities Inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture
