What You’ll Be Doing
Leading business development across biotech, pharma, and academic clients
Managing the full sales pipeline from lead to close
Overseeing strategic initiatives across marketing, pricing, and customer retention
Collaborating with R&D, quality, and manufacturing to deliver aligned proposals
Representing the company at global conferences and industry events
About You
Bachelor’s degree or higher in the life sciences or business.
Deep knowledge of cell/gene therapy workflows
10–15 years in business development or commercial leadership in biotech/life sciences
Track record of closing complex, high-value deals and managing commercial teams
Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution style and excellent cross-functional skills
