Key Job Responsibilities

Perform quality checks on English digital content while listening to music and identify errors reported by various systems and customers based on SOPs.

Use headsets to perform quality checks on Music Tracks/Albums; listen to music with passion and diligence.

Adapt continuously to business priorities, learn the features of multiple tools and systems, and follow SOPs to identify and report errors in the content.

Track operational metrics such as productivity (titles processed per hour), quality (defect percentage), and delivery/latency SLA, and adhere to business expectations. Be measured on compliance to these metrics, SLA requirements, QA guidelines, team goals, and your ability to ideate and drive process improvements.

Pay close attention to minute details, maintain good communication and writing skills, and exhibit a professional demeanor.

Raise issues or alarms to your manager or stakeholders that may impact core deliverables or operations.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Working knowledge of basic MS Office products and applications.

Good English language proficiency: verbal, writing, reading and comprehension.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Excel for data analysis and troubleshooting content editing issues.

Familiarity with Amazon Music and its competitors.
