Loan Servicing Analyst – Inspection

Thoroughly review property inspection reports, environmental reports, and other inspection documents to identify and assess potential property condition issues and risks.
Analyze inspection reports for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established standards and guidelines.
Summarize and track findings, highlighting significant issues, code violations, and potential liabilities.
Evaluate the impact of identified issues on property value, tenant occupancy, and overall loan performance.
Communicate with portfolio managers, departments, and external parties regarding property condition issues.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required with a minimum of 3 years related experience; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Ability to comprehend and interpret written instructions, memos, and correspondence, write routine reports, and respond to inquiries.
Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles, including ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Problem‑solving skills in standard situations and basic analytical skills.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Sound judgment in adhering to procedures and company policies; errors may have short-term impact.
