As a
Restaurant Manager , you will have a voice in decisions, initiatives and priorities that will ensure guest and employee expectations are exceeded and business goals are met.
As the
Restaurant Sommelier , you will work with our vendor partners to curate the wine list, educate the staff, assist in bottle service, and conduct regular inventories.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience as salaried manager
Minimum of Level 2 Sommelier Certification
Good knowledge of premium liquor and craft beer
Superior guest-service skills coupled with financial acumen
A strong leadership personality with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop their team
Back of House experience a plus
