Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience as salaried manager Minimum of Level 2 Sommelier Certification Good knowledge of premium liquor and craft beer Superior guest‑service skills coupled with financial acumen A strong leadership personality with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop the team Back‑of‑house experience a plus Benefits
