Commercial Account Manager
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts, supporting agents, and ensuring the seamless handling of renewals, certificates, and other account-related tasks. Compensation Package
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $70,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts, primarily small businesses, including contractors, LLCs, banks, and restaurants.
Support three agents with daily tasks such as renewals, certificates, and quoting new/renewal business.
Utilize Hawksoft software to manage client information and processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and contribute to the agency's growth.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications:
Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience:
1+ years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Hawksoft software is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Positive attitude and a drive to be involved.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
