Educate & Guide Clients : Conduct consultations to explain policy options, benefits, and coverage details in a clear and professional manner. Requirements Active Insurance Licenses : Must hold valid state‑issued licenses for relevant lines of insurance. Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills : Ability to clearly explain complex policies and close sales effectively.
