
Affiliate Services Representative

What You’ll Do
Support day‑to‑day departmental operations
Serve as a point of contact for DOC Entry, Missed Spots, and Station Compliance questions
Proactively identify issues related to traffic logs, station setup, and feed times, and escape as appropriate
Support customer service responses through team inboxes
Ensure all DOCs are entered accurately and by scheduling deadlines
Ensure affidavits are submitted within 10 business days after airing
Assist with setting up affiliates transitioning to an automated traffic import system
Monitor and help resolve discrepancies related to IA accounts and IA site
What You’ll Need
Strong attention to detail and high work standards
Demonstrated data entry skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
