We are seeking Field Superintendent to join our RCI team. The Superintendent is a key member of the operations team, responsible for overseeing field production, safety, quality, and efficiency across commercial, multi‑family, and residential insulation projects. This position is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to advance into a managerial role that combines field leadership with warehouse coordination and administrative duties.

The Superintendent ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Supervise daily field operations, ensuring work meets company quality standards and project specifications.

Supervise installation crews, ensuring proper procedures, high‑quality workmanship, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Manage team performance, delegate tasks, and provide coaching and mentorship to crew members.

Conduct site inspections to verify proper installation techniques, material usage, and adherence to building codes.

Coordinate daily tasks, schedules, and materials with internal teams.

Monitor project progress, proactively resolve issues, and report updates to management.

Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations on all job sites.

Lead toolbox talks, enforce PPE requirements, and maintain a safe work environment, promoting a culture of safety awareness and accountability for all field team members.

Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, equipment maintenance, and material handling.

Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, management, and team members to ensure project requirements and safety standards are met.

Train and mentor team members on installation techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.

Monitor and maintain company tools, vehicles, and assets to ensure readiness and compliance with maintenance schedules.

Manage ordering and replenishment of insulation materials and supplies.

Identify skills gaps and recommend additional training or support as needed.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment, safety logs, and personnel assignments.

Travel to multiple job sites as required, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a foreman or lead in insulation installation, construction supervision, or a related field.

Proven experience with hands‑on installation of insulation.

Demonstrated leadership ability with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Solid understanding of commercial, multi‑family, and residential construction practices.

Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Willingness to travel frequently and work overnight as required.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Proficient with basic computer applications.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in field or warehouse environments as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with insulation materials, application methods, and building codes.

OSHA 10 or 30 certification.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Working Conditions

The Superintendent may spend time at job sites, in the warehouse, or working in the office, depending on operational needs.
