Operations Manager, Property Operations & Tenant Experience

Overview
RealREPP is teaming with a stable, team oriented and fun commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in hiring for an Operations Manager in undefined, undefined.
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance coordination, and overall property experience at a privately owned outdoor shopping center. This role ensures the property operates efficiently and is maintained to a high standard, delivering a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.
This position works in close partnership with the Engineering team, serving as the primary on-site operational liaison to support building systems, maintenance activities, and capital or repair projects. Engineering retains responsibility for all major building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure), while the Operations Manager leads coordination, communication, and execution at the property level.
The Operations Manager also partners with the company’s Tenant Construction Coordinator (a separate internal role) to support tenant improvement and construction projects. In this capacity, the Operations Manager serves as the property liaison, ensuring alignment between construction activities and day-to-day property operations.
This role is a central point of coordination across tenants, vendors, Engineering, property management, and internal construction teams, while contributing to continuous improvement and operational best practices.
