Job Overview RealREPP, a full service recruiting firm, is currently teaming with a private, commercial real estate investment firm to assist them in hiring a Property Manager in Oakland.

Responsibilities This Property Manager will oversee the management of a commercial Class A building in Oakland totaling over 300,000 SF. The role includes building operations, administration, capital projects, tenant and vendor relations, financial reporting, and direct communication with asset management.

The firm focuses on long‑term holds, works with institutional investors and is actively growing.

Qualifications We are looking for someone with 5+ years of professional experience within Commercial Real Estate.

The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial mindset, be tech savvy, enjoy working with others to create solutions, and have the ability to create and nurture tenant relationships.

Requirements

5+ years of commercial real estate property management experience.

Bachelor’s Degree.

Excellent customer service, attention to detail, organizational skills, and outstanding work ethic.

Computer skills, strong working knowledge of Excel and Word. Must be able to prepare detailed spreadsheets and review for errors.

State of California Real Estate License.

Yardi experience is a plus.
