Property Manager

RealREPP is currently teaming with a stable, growing and dynamic privately held commercial real estate owner/developer to assist them in recruiting for a Property Manager. This PM will assist in overseeing a portfolio in undefined, undefined!
We are targeting someone who has 5+ years of experience within the commercial real estate industry. The PM will oversee the monthly reporting functions, assist in the budgeting process and will also build relationships with the tenants and vendors. This role will wear many different hats and we are looking for a true team player who wants to learn and grow within the commercial real estate industry.
This position offers a great base salary, plus bonus, excellent benefits, 401K and also 1/2 day Fridays in the summer!
Requirements
5+ years of experience in commercial property management required. Industrial experience preferred.
CA Real Estate License required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Property management accounting experience, budgeting, and CAM reconciliation experience required.
Software experience in MRI, AvidXchange, Salesforce, and MS Suite preferred.
Comfortable being in the office Monday – Friday.
