• Delivering personalized, high-touch tours that reflect the luxury brand of the community
• Presenting apartment homes and amenities with confidence, knowledge, and enthusiasm
• Screening applicants using qualification standards
• Achieving a 33%+ conversion rate from prospect to resident**Delivering Upscale Customer Service**
• Providing an elevated, concierge-style customer experience at every interaction
• Maintaining a polished, professional appearance aligned with a luxury brand standard
• Ensuring the leasing office and community consistently reflect a high-end environment
• Creating an exceptional and lasting first impression for every prospect and resident**Supporting a Collaborative Team**
• Bringing fresh ideas that enhance the resident experience and community reputation

• **Have a minimum of 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience (required)**
• Understand the importance of **luxury branding, presentation, and attention to detail**
• Are an excellent communicator — bilingual is a plus!
• Bring confidence, professionalism, and strong follow-through
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment---### **Required**• Valid driver’s license
