Territory Business Manager – Mucinex – Cleveland, OH City: Cleveland

About the role This entry‑level sales position involves achieving sales goals and implementing company‑approved programs within a defined territory. The Territory Business Manager provides approved information and services to various health professionals and other customers.

Your Responsibilities

Create demand for Reckitt products by achieving territory sales goals and objectives through face‑to‑face presentations to key customers.

Increase product and brand knowledge.

Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of reprints, visual aids, promotional materials and use them effectively in selling situations.

Apply pharmacoeconomics of Reckitt products to customers affected by managed health care.

Maintain promotional materials and samples, conducting regular inventory per company SOPs and PDMA guidelines.

Provide timely, accurate feedback to the Regional Business Manager on sales trends, business conditions, and opportunities.

Perform administrative duties, including weekly expense reporting and resource management.

Assist team in achieving regional sales goals.

Utilize selling skills to secure each customer’s commitment to a proposed action.

Maximize sales by leveraging call plans and account information for effective calls to targeted customers.

Analyze completed sales calls for effectiveness, establishing objectives for subsequent calls.

Attend and actively participate in all sales meetings; travel 2–4 times per year required.

Attend and complete ongoing training programs.

The experience we're looking for

Four‑year college degree (BA/BS).

One to three years of outside B2B or pharmaceutical sales experience (preferred).

Current residency within the territory geography.

Self‑motivated, works without direct supervision, proactive, seeks professional development opportunities.

Confident, organized, persuasive, tenacious, analytical.

Strong planning skills: set priorities, establish objectives and milestones, allocate resources; use tools for daily, weekly, monthly planning.

Some overnight travel for meetings and training required; occasional overnight travel within the territory may be required.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Role does not sponsor visas or consider international movement.

US salary ranges USD $73,000.00 – $109,000.00

US pay transparency The base salary range varies by experience, education, and skills. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
