Research jurisdiction requirements on city, county, and state websites to gather relevant licensing information.
Enter collected data accurately into the company database to support licensing activities.
Assist in submitting license applications and responding to requests for additional information from jurisdictions.
Support in managing incoming and outgoing mail related to licensing processes.
Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
What's Needed?
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in business licensing or regulatory environments.
Ability to use a laptop and enter data into various systems with basic Excel skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience managing mail and maintaining organized records.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
