Major Responsibilities and Desired Qualifications Full‑time position for two AG Lending Associates to develop skills to manage and grow an assigned portfolio of loans that meet profitability and credit quality targets, while maintaining a high level of credit administration. The Ag Lending Associate will learn to make sound credit decisions and provide front‑line customer service and assistance to owners and potential owners.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in agricultural business/management/marketing or finance.
Prior Work Experience: None or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
Knowledge of Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook sufficient to create, update and save a variety of documents.
General knowledge and understanding of agricultural business.
General knowledge of association policies and procedures.
General knowledge of Association products.
Skill in analyzing information to formulate logical and objective conclusions.
Skill in reading and understanding income statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary commensurate with experience.
Vacation days allocated based on years of service to a maximum 200 hours per year.
13 paid holidays per year.
