Member Solutions Specialist
to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Collections Specialist and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively assist our members with their account needs and resolve outstanding balances. Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve member account collections in a professional and timely manner. Communicate with members to discuss outstanding balances, payment options, and account status. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries and concerns related to their accounts. Maintain accurate records of member interactions and payment arrangements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction and account accuracy. Identify opportunities to assist members with solutions that meet their financial needs. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Collections Specialist or in a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in using computer systems and software related to collections and member account management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education
