What you'll be doing Answering inbound calls and scheduling service appointments Making outbound calls to follow up with customers on declined services, recalls, and maintenance reminders Communicating clearly between customers and the service team Keeping accurate records and managing your call queue efficiently Representing Farris professionally on every interaction
