
Executive Assistant / Real Estate Support

We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented business savvy Executive Assistant to support a busy attorney with both office operations and light property coordination. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, independence, organization, and who’s confident using Excel and shared drives to keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Provide general administrative and office support (calls, scheduling, emails, organization)
Track rent payments, confirm correct amounts, and maintain spreadsheets with accuracy
Communicate with tenants in a courteous and professional manner
Review and monitor lease terms, renewal dates, and payment schedules
Coordinate vendors such as handymen, cleaners, and maintenance professionals
Handle light errands or project follow-ups as needed
Support the attorney with ongoing office or property-related tasks
Who You Are
Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
Strong communication, follow-through skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task
Proficient with Excel (required)
Professional, discreet, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable handling both administrative and basic property-related responsibilities
Prior experience in an office or real estate support role is helpful but not required
