Sales Administration Associate
Our growing IT and Audio-Visual solutions client is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administration Associate to support its AV sales team. This role plays a key part in streamlining sales operations by managing administrative and pre-sales tasks, allowing sales professionals to focus on customer relationships and revenue generation. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and pre-sales support to the AV sales team Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers and sales representatives Manage vendor deal registrations and secure competitive pricing Respond to RFQs and perform competitive cost and pricing analysis Maintain positive relationships with vendors and partners Support sales reporting and data tracking Process customer orders and ensure accurate entry, fulfillment, and close-out Coordinate equipment delivery and installation by working with sales, logistics, and service teams Assist with resolving customer issues, returns, and RMAs in collaboration with Sales Operations Serve as a client point of contact during account manager absences to ensure continuity of service Maintain customer records and perform related clerical and administrative tasks
