As a part‑time Senior Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, make their day better than before they arrived, and represent our company values while bringing your REAL self to work.
Key Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for.
Educate guests on product details and suggest AEO/Aerie products that fit their needs.
Promote the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Flexibly support all areas of the store (sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, stockroom).
Proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy.
Assist teammates to get the job done.
Always adhere to AEO policies & procedures.
What Makes a Great Fit
Love interacting with people.
Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail experience.
18 years of age or older.
