Your Role
As a part-time Senior Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company and proud of that. You love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.
Your Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests on Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Actively solve problems and resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Assist teammates and contribute to teamwork.
Act with integrity, adhering to AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Enjoy interacting with people.
Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Love AE and Aerie products.
Have previous retail experience.
At least 18 years of age.
