Job Description
As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came in. You are the face of our company, proud of it, love the products and are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.
Responsibilities
You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, using a friends‑first mindset.
You educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make product suggestions that fit their needs.
You introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
You are flexible across the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
You solve problems proactively to make guests’ days better while following company policy.
You assist your teammates and collaborate to get the job done.
You uphold integrity, following AEO policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Enthusiasm for interacting with people.
High energy and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Availability during evenings, weekends and holidays.
Love of AE and Aerie products.
Retail experience.
Minimum age of 16 years.
