We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Server Assistant to join our team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant by providing essential support to our servers and bartenders. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
Assist servers and bartenders in various tasks to facilitate efficient service delivery.
Set up tables before service, ensuring they are clean, properly arranged, and stocked with necessary items.
Clear tables, clean them promptly, and reset them for the next guests.
Support servers by delivering food and refilling water.
Provide basic customer service, such as greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Assist bartenders by fetching ingredients, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including tables, chairs, surfaces, and floors.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
