As an entry level broker joining our team, you'll receive salary support + commission starting from the first tendered freight to help you achieve success. Once you've actualized your success, a broker can become a direct partner with First Star Logistics as an Agent and earn commissions as high as 70%, with no limits on your earning potential.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods for clients
Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers and shippers
Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, shippers, and customers
Track shipments and provide updates to clients
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and industry standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Utilize transportation management systems for data entry and record keeping
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient transportation operations
Requirements
Minimum 1 Year of Brokerage Sales
Strong Operational Knowledge of the Trucking Industry and Brokerage
Strong Background of Sales Success

Work Location: IN PERSON, Blue Ash, OH 45242 (Relocate before starting)
Compensation package
$42.5k/yr + ramping commission starting at 10% from $1 and reaching 30%
Uncapped commission with NO draw, hurdle or seat fee, and paid out on invoicing - no waiting for customer pay to get your first commission!
