Job Description Job Title: Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst Profession: Oracle HCM Solutions Analyst Specialty: - Duration: 8 months Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Hours per Shift: 35.00 Experience: Minimum 2+ years implementing Oracle Learning Cloud in healthcare or highly regulated environments, with demonstrated experience in large public sector or multi-facility health systems. License: - Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certifications Must-Have: Minimum 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations inclusive of Oracle Learning.
Description: Seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with HR, IT, Payroll, and other business units to implement and optimize Oracle HCM solutions.
Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand HR processes and translate them into system requirements for Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Scheduling, Benefits, Reporting, etc.). Lead and support the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions. Analyze business requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose system enhancements or improvements. Prepare reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools using Oracle HCM data. Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), document issues, and track resolution. Assist with data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any Oracle HCM-related issues.
Additional Responsibilities: Lead design workshops with Workforce Development, HR, clinical education, and regulatory compliance teams to define Oracle Learning program structures, enrollment strategies, and compliance tracking requirements. Architect and configure Oracle Learning Cloud including courses, learning paths, compliance programs, certification tracking, external learning, and automatic assignment rules. Design learning assignment rules that automatically enroll employees based on Assignment, Position, Department, and/or Location. Configure compliance tracking for mandatory clinical training including regulatory requirements. Govern the integration between Oracle Learning and Oracle HCM Position Management. Design and implement learning tracking enabling completion reporting. Lead testing cycles for all Oracle Learning functionality. Develop learning compliance dashboards and reporting using analytics covering completion rates, overdue training, certification expiry, and compliance status. Govern functional and technical design documentation for Oracle Learning. Oversee migration of legacy Learning Management System training records ensuring historical learning data continuity and auditability. Mentor learning analysts and serve as the functional escalation point for Oracle Learning design decisions.
Required Qualifications: Deep expertise configuring learning assignment rules driven by Position, Department, Location, including integration touchpoints with Core HCM. Strong understanding of compliance training requirements including regulatory standards. Experience configuring certification and license expiry tracking with automated alert and escalation workflows. Familiarity with legacy Learning Management System data structures for migration and historical reporting continuity. Experience implementing Redwood learning experiences is a differentiator.
Skills: Experience as an Oracle HCM Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Proficient in Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Reporting, etc.). Technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, as well as system integrations and data migration. Analytical skills to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
