Job Summary The Field Marketing Manager supports events and conferences that build awareness, generate demand, and create pipelines. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Demand Generation to execute targeted campaigns, events, and customer engagement programs. The position is based in downtown Boston and requires an in-office presence 3–4 days per week.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute field marketing campaigns that support pipeline growth
Manage in-person events, webinars, conferences, roundtables, and partner programs
Partner with Sales to support target accounts and improve lead conversion
Track performance for events and campaigns, including leads, pipeline impact, and ROI
Coordinate budgets, vendors, timelines, and internal stakeholders
Support conference booth setup and event logistics, including light lifting as needed
Contribute creative ideas and execute marketing collateral, booth graphics, and event materials
Report results and recommendations to marketing leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing
Strong project management, communication, and event coordination skills
Creative skills with the ability to develop engaging event and campaign experiences
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Experience working with sales teams and CRM/marketing automation tools
Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
Location and Travel
Based in downtown Boston – 100 Summer Street, Boston, MA
Requires in-office presence 3–4 days per week
Approximately 20% travel
