About the Position We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident managing commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. You will coordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and attorneys to keep every matter on track. Residential real estate support will be required as needed. This is a full‑time, in‑person position with office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
About You You bring at least 5 years of real estate paralegal experience and excel in a detail‑focused, fast‑moving environment. You communicate clearly, manage multiple priorities with confidence, and enjoy being the steady point of contact across all parties in a transaction. Key Responsibilities
Assist with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including title searches, reviewing title commitments, and preparing closing documents
Manage commercial closings from beginning to end and resolve title issues as they arise
Coordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure timely closings
Support residential real estate matters as needed
Draft and review purchase agreements, deeds, easements, leases, loan documents, and related real estate documents under attorney supervision
Prepare commercial title policies
Draft correspondence with clients and other transaction partners
Maintain accurate case files and client records
Track deadlines and manage workflow throughout each transaction
Conduct legal research as needed
Provide exceptional client service at every stage of the process
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience with commercial and residential real estate transactions
Paralegal certification or equivalent education preferred
Strong understanding of transactional real estate procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with SoftPro preferred
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 per year (DOE)
