About The Position We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident managing residential real estate transactions from contract to closing. You will coordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and attorneys to keep every matter on track. This is a full-time, in-person position with office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
Manage residential closings from beginning to end and resolve title issues as they arise
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions including title searches, reviewing title commitments, and preparing closing documents
Manage all aspects of post-closing residential real estate transactions
Set up new contracts in One Drive, SoftPro and physical files
Order required documentation and reports, including municipal lien searches, title commitments, HOA estoppels and loan payoffs
Review all documentation with accuracy and attention to detail to ensure clear title for closing
Collaborate with team members to support the residential closing department
Communicate and coordinate with lenders, title companies, real estate agents, and attorneys to ensure timely closings
Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
Support commercial real estate matters as needed
Draft and review purchase agreements, deeds, easements, leases, loan documents, and related real estate documents under attorney supervision
Prepare residential title policies
Draft correspondence with clients and other transaction partners
Maintain accurate case files and client records
Track deadlines and manage workflow throughout each transaction
Conduct legal research as needed
Provide exceptional client service at every stage of the process
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in real estate, business or related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience with residential real estate transactions
Strong understanding of real estate transactions, title insurance and closing processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with SoftPro strongly preferred
High attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Benefits
Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 per year (DOE)
