Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media Screen and interview candidates Manage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related field Recruiting or internship experience in a customer‑facing role Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong computer skills including AI, web‑based tools, and MS Office Benefits
