In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified pharmaceutical sales candidates. You will work with internal hiring managers to identify target candidate profiles and provide a slate of best-fit candidates to quickly fill open positions of critical need.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through the Syneos Health ATS, job boards, and social media
Screen and interview candidates
Manage candidate progression through hiring manager interviews
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications or related field
Recruiting or internship experience in a customer facing role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills including AI, web-based tools, MS Office skills
