On-site 3 days a week in Morristown, NJ Were seeking a Junior Recruiter to support hiring for both corporate and retail banking openings. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and recommending top talent that aligns with organizational needs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates based on business needs
Source candidates through advertising, databases, networking, referrals, social media, and job fairs
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations to hiring managers
Track recruiting activity in the ATS and manage the offer process
Required Experience:
13 years of sales or recruiting experience
Experience handling high volume of roles
Corporate or financial industry recruiting experience #itacceljobs
