
CSA Digital Operations Business Relationship Manager

**About this role** We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Digital Operations Leader (Business Relation Management BRM Role) to join our CSA North America HVAC Digital team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Operations and Logistics and working with the broader digital organization to evolve digital capabilities that support endtoend operational processes across Carrier, North America. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Finance, Customer Service, and Digital to ensure SAPenabled processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes.The role will lead operational process design, system enhancements, and issue resolution across SAP ECC (required) environments, with exposure to SAP S/4HANA (nice to have) as part of ongoing modernization efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of operational knowledge, SAP expertise, and digital execution leadership.**Key Responsibilities** Serve as the primary digital partner for logistics and operations stakeholders, translating business needs into system and process requirements.**Required Qualifications**
