As a Restaurant Director you will help lead daily operations of your assigned area. You will collaborate with team members and other restaurant leads to ensure performance goals are achieved through excellent communication and motivation. As one of several restaurant operations leads you will work along side other Restaurant Operations Leads in a team model. Principle focus areas include leading the team in customer service, food accuracy, food safety, cash handling, staff placement, ensuring efficient flow of operation to meet demand. Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the assigned area in partnership with the Owner/Operator and leadership team. Collaborate with team members and other restaurant leads to achieve performance goals through communication and motivation. Direct a team of restaurant operations leaders in a model that emphasizes customer service, food accuracy, food safety, cash handling, staff placement, and efficient operational flow to meet demand. Qualifications and Skills
Prior leadership experience is required; restaurant leadership experience is preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a preferred qualification Strategic thinker, goal-oriented, tech-savvy, continuous improvement mindset Excellent communication with diverse teams and strong interpersonal skills Mature, dependable, results-oriented Ability to work in a team and in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking Detail-oriented, observant, and capable of strong project/time management Self-starter, creative, flexible, with integrity and a client-focused mindset Team Member Benefits
