Lease‑Up Leasing Consultant (Arabella Apartments) Location: Independence, MO. Pay: $18 hourly, plus commissions. Commission potential: $25,000. Growth Opportunity.

Responsibilities

Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours.

Process rental applications and lease agreements.

Maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals.

Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach.

Represent Village Green at various outside networking & social functions.

Apply problem‑solving skills as needed to resolve resident and tenancy issues.

Qualifications This is a fast‑paced professional environment where each day will be different. If you are comfortable working in a sales‑driven environment and are willing to go above and beyond to exceed our customers’ expectations, this could be the perfect role for you!

Our ideal Leasing Consultant has 1‑2 years of sales experience in a multi‑family environment or hospitality, a strong command of Microsoft Office, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work weekends.

Strong sales and customer service skills.

Lease‑up experience.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Previous leasing or real‑estate experience is preferred but not required.

Proficiency with property management software is a plus.
