Leasing Consultant - Lease-Up Specialist
Immediate Opening - Lease-Up Leasing Consultant, Arabella Apartments, Independence, MO.
Pay: $18 hourly, plus commissions.
Commission potential: $25,000.

What You’ll Do:
Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours.
Process rental applications and lease agreements.
Maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals.
Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach.
Represent Village Green at various outside networking and social functions.
Troubleshoot and resolve leasing-related issues.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Lease-up experience.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
Willingness to work weekends as needed.
Undergraduate degree strongly preferred (but not mandatory).
